The Stewart family has been proudly serving the Santa Barbara community since 1963 when Troy Stewart’s grandfather, John Tillia II, founded Channel City Lumber in Goleta. Troy grew up in the family business and, alongside his wife Devon, has continued the legacy of quality service and community involvement.
Troy and Devon Stewart took over Channel City Lumber in 2008, and their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has only grown stronger over the years. With a shared passion for the hardware business and a love for Santa Barbara, they decided to expand their footprint in 2023 by opening Channel City Hardware & Gifts.
What makes our business unique is the combination of our hardware expertise and Devon’s vision for a beautiful, curated gift shop.
